Answer incoming calls and log all customer questions and issues accurately and efficiently into ticketing system.
Troubleshoot hardware, software and network related issues.
Provide restorative or maintenance actions to resolve end-user issues.
Assist with defining and documenting knowledge base articles.
Assist with special project work as needed.
Escalate problems to the next level of support when necessary.
Consistently meet or exceed requirement performance criteria.
Support and delivery of IT infrastructure services with focus on End User Support in line with ITIL guidelines, e. g.: resolving incidents and answering user service requests.
Support Reporting Department in daily tasks to maintain accurate data in the Hospital CRM.
Ensure printers are managed and maintained per current service levels.
Ensure site server rooms are managed and maintained in accordance to company policies and standards.
Provides user with training and communications on IS policies, procedures and technology.
Other activities as assigned by supervisor.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent from a reputable University.
Min. 1-2 years' experience in IT support and maintenance
Strong knowledge on Wired/Wireless LAN management.
Basic knowledge on application implementation.
Excellent knowledge in Microsoft operating systems such as WIN 7 and Microsoft Office 2007.
Medium level in: Microsoft Exchange; Microsoft SharePoint; Active Directory / Network domain concepts & Win Server OS; PC hardware (Desktop / Tower, Notebook / ThinClients); Network technology; Data center technologies (Server, Storage incl. backup devices such tape libraries).
Desire to learn and achieve targets.
Very good command of English.
Reliability, responsiveness and flexibility, Teamwork skills, High motivation, Communication Skills.
Ability to consistently follow policies and procedures.
