We are primarily looking for individuals who are able to bring their expertise within the IT Recruitment market, or people who are willing to take up the challenge to develop their expertise in this field.
The role is focused on completing full recruitment lifecycle delivery and pro-active selling of CVO services to both client and candidates.
What you will be doing on a daily basis:
- Effective management and timely delivery of full recruitment lifecycle, including client acquisition, client meetings, candidate resourcing, interviewing and shortlisting of candidates, and offer management
- Client research – gathering names, contacts, and corporate information etc. as requested
- Ensuring that all deadlines and service delivery expectations are met and adhered to
- Proactively researching and understanding the local recruitment market, including business trends, competitor awareness, salary bandings and potential opportunities
- Creating, maintaining and developing a portfolio of new and existing clients
- Continually identifying leads and new business opportunities and execute the appropriate recruitment methodology including, contingency, exclusive contingency and headhunting
- Ensuring that Bond Adapt (database) is updated with all information relating to clients and candidates
Required skills you will need:
- 3-9 months’ worth of recruitment experience, preferably in IT recruitment
- Solid IT background, experience in an IT position preferred
- Basic understanding of business organization and knowledge of different functions in the organization;
- Excellent interpersonal, networking, communication and negotiation skills;
- Analytical skills that enable you to assess and advise on recruitment issues;
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise;
- Fluent written and spoken English.
