RESPONSABILITATI

For our turnkey/bespoke S/W development activities in Romania, we are looking for a Technical Team Leader to:
¿ Manage S/W development team to successfully deliver IT turnkey (fixed price) solutions;
¿ Execute/coordinate project planning and management reporting;
¿ Be responsible for the day to day technical decisions made.


CERINTE

At least 5+ years of experience in managing turnkey S/W application development projects, preferably within a Java/J2EE environment, with teams averaging about 10 persons.
¿ Extensive experience in using industry standard methodologies and tools for the entire application development life cycle: RUP is a must, usage of specification modelling tools, testing tools, configuration management tools, code generators, etc.
¿ Experience in multi-site project developments;
¿ Experience in dealing with Government projects is an asset!
¿ Education: University Master Degree;
¿ Fluent English is a must! Knowledge of French is an asset.
