The position is part of Support Department and is technically responsible for implementing our solution to different customers and offering support to our clients (vendors).
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible to interface with customers via inbound cases to address and resolve 1st level (Tier 1) technical support requests for client products or services;
• Maintain broad and technical knowledge of product and services;
• Offers solutions to issues that are often non-standard/non-routine and require some clarification.
• Bachelor's Degree , Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent;
• Previous customer care experience (software technical support represents a plus);
• Very good knowledge of English and Russian (both writing and speaking);
• Basic knowledge of Web programming (HTML, CSS, Javascript, etc.) ;
• General experience with PHP, MySQL;
• Client oriented, excellent communication skills;
• Able to promptly answer support related email and other electronic communications;
• Strong analytical skills;
