We are currently recruiting developers with experience in programming who are prepared to educate themselves and work in international environment.

TSM is a technical support team. Their aim is to have the expertise of a business applications technical environment. Without being the infrastructure team, this is the team having deep knowledge of all technical aspects to run a specific business application.

Key Responsibilities:

Production:
o Maintain a high level of availability of the applications
o Resolve and/or assist in any production incidents in order to re-establish the service as quickly as possible
o Manage technical queries & and interactions
o Deploy releases into production environments
o Act, control and test technical/infrastructure operations on production (Infrastructure week-ends, Disaster Recovery tests)
Non-Production:
o Organize, coordinate, setup and maintain all development environments required by development teams
o Resolve and incidents relating to non-production environments
Technical Projects
o Identify projects and/or technical improvements
o Lead/coordinate and execute technical projects impacting business applications (Legacy management, patch deployments, Infrastructure changes, Performance improvement)
o Relationships management with Infrastructure teams


CERINTE

• 3 years+ technical support experience
• University degree
IT knowledge:
- Systems: Unix, Windows Server (physical, cloud)
- Database: Oracle SQL + PL/SQL, Sybase
- Schedulers: Dollar Universe, Autosys
- Others: Oracle Forms
Proven experience with:
- Analysis & troubleshooting performance of systems and infrastructure
- Analysis & troubleshooting System and infrastructure incidents
- Environments Managements: Deployments, Refresh, DB migrations
• Advanced English
• Strong communication skills to all business levels
• Experience in direct communication / client site cooperation
• Team player attitude
