Technical Support Engineer with Oracle knowledge

RESPONSABILITATI

Support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems
 Maintain system efficiency
 Troubleshoot problems reported by users
 Make recommendations for future updates
 Maintain network and security
 Analyze and isolate issues.
 Monitor networks to ensure security availability to specific users.
 Evaluate and modify systems performance
 Identify user needs
 Maintain integrity of the network, server deployment, and security
 Ensure network connectivity throughout a company’s LAN / WAN infrastructure is on par with technical considerations.
 Perform network address assignment
 Assign configuration of authentication and authorization of directory services
 Maintain network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and settings of personal computes as we as printers
 Maintain network servers such as files servers, VPN gateways, application servers, web servers etc.
 Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, switches, firewalls, phones, software deployment, security updates and patches
 Monitor and maintain the clients SLA contracts
 Administer and configure virtual environments
 Responsibility for documenting the configuration of the systems deployed / installed / configured.
 Trouble shooting technical issues reported and providing a solution for them in the agreed time, or communicate the status of the issue.
 Installing / configuring / troubleshooting / administering the oracle infrastructures
 Understand and maintain the backup solutions implemented for the company or the clients of the company fi required.
 Installing / updating / migrating / troubleshooting Abssolute Software on the internal environments or on the company’s customers
