Key Responsibilities
Solving of general, product specific and technical customer questions
Researching relevant answers and action plans
Responsible for replying to incoming e-mails (ticketing system)
Accurate documentation and issue handling in a ticketing system, closely following standard processes and procedures
Handling incoming chat communication
Flexible work schedule
We are looking for people who:
Have good written and verbal communication skills in German
Have good technical knowledge and / or are willing to learn;
Good grip of general troubleshooting and technical problem solving;
Are customer-oriented, working with strong soft skills
Have experience in technical support or customer service (nice to have)
Work with passion while still having fun
