Duties:
- Understanding the client's application landscape, you are a supporting the client's team, by providing the required services at the agreed level
- Working primarily with the Level 1 support and support team, you understand the systems' and application inter-dependencies are able to maintain the service level
- You have a good understanding of service delivery under ITIL concepts and willing to be part of a transformational effort to improve client's operations
- Able to absorb significant amount of knowledge and understand the whole application landscape, you will be part of a key team in supporting and maintaining the clients's operations
- Participate in process changes to improve overall service delivery and mitigate application, systems and process risks.
- You have experience in supporting (level 2) client environments consisting of multiple key applications and systems
- You have good knowledge and experience of application development and operations lifecyle (at least 2 years) and practical experience (at least 2 years) with one or more of the following technologies:
Java, Spring, Hibernate, JBOSS, .NET, ASP, VB Script, C/C++, Java(Adobe Flash), WebServices, PHP,
MS SQL Server, MySQL, DB2, SQL Programming/Reporting, Informix (C-ISAM), Progress
AS400, Windows Server, PERL Scripting, Unix Shell, Linux, Solaris, AIX
Apache Tomcat, IIS, Sonic ESB, Open Edge, Resin
SharePoint 2007, StreamServe, MS Dynamics, EDI
- Fluent in English, you are open to learn new echnologies and support client's business application during their service windows
