Main responsibilities:
To achieve and exceed the objectives and customer expectations with the perspective to reach the company's targets and guidelines;
To solve in due time the technical situations of the customers;
To answer the clients’ calls, emails and to accomplish other work processes.
- Availability to join us - starting with March;
- Excellent French;
- Excellent knowledge of all used systems, processes and guidelines.
Technical knowledge:
- Ability to support installation and configuration of software;
- Knowledge of PC operating systems like Vista, NT, XP, CE;
- Experience in small network installation;
- Experience as a customer service representative is an advantage;
- Excellent communication, persuasion and negotiation skills;
- High learning abilities;
- Desire for professional development;
- Works in a solution oriented way;
- Patience, friendliness and positive attitude;
- Team player, good, positive communicator, self-reliant and with high levels of energy.
