The key objective of this position is to offer full technical support to our dealer network for all technical questions. You will be responsible for the implementation of a specialized IT system in order to track all technical issues. You will be the key contact person to communicate with BMW AG Service department. In addition, you will be expected to offer assistance to customers in cases of warranty service and for our dealers in specific complaint problems.
As a successful applicant you have technical education, excellent technical knowledge and experience with customer service in automotive industry, as well as practical experience with specific automotive industry related IT systems. You speak English and/or German and you are service oriented, with very high eloquence and ability to transfer know-how in specific areas.
