• Manage implementation projects at customer sites, and act as the single point of contact for customer in relation to the project
• Rigorously establish project charts, resource allocation, timeline, issue work orders, verify deliverables, manage and mitigate baseline deviations, etc.
• Document all work and organise resources from a PM point of view
• Interact with subcontractors, and coordinate internal and external resources for in time delivery of work
• Gather all technical documentation related to the project, edit, correct, version it according to customer requirements and prepare all intermediate and final version of project documentation to be delivered to the customer
• Have a general technical view of the project and write the general technical documentation of the project (at a level of process interaction, general solution architecture, functional architecture, high level deliverables, etc.), as well as direct technical implementation engineers on how to write the documentation parts related to their specific competencies
Education and Experience Required:
• First level university degree, preferably in computer science and electronics, automation, science, etc.
• CERTIFIED professional in project management PMP (PMI or Prince2). MANDATORY! PLEASE PROVIDE CERTIFICATE SCAN AND/OR VERIFICATION LINK. WE DO NOT ACCEPT NON CERTIFIED APPLICANTS (only with trainings, courses, experience, etc.)
• Typically 3+ years of experience in project management preferably in IT/technical equipment or solutions projects
Knowledge and Skills Required:
• Proficiency in project management
• Capability to coordinate people, suppliers, vendors, etc.
• Capability to write quality project and technical documentation
• Proficiency in the use of project management software and technical schematics software (Microsoft Project, Primavera, Microsoft Visio and/or similar)
• Very good spoken and written English
