Your assignments
Working closely with 1-2 Project Managers
Supporting the Project Team during software implementation process
Coordinating and preparing customer trainings and workshops
Responsible for maintaining project schedule and recording
Responsible for creating relevant process documentation and reports
Attending to our CRM database
What we expect
Basic understanding of programming language ( data structure and synthax)
Experience in working with XML and XSLT
Experience in certain project management software
Experience in working with CRM
Work experience in data handling (e.g. MS Access, MS Excel incl. basics of Fluent English
Customer focus
Further beneficial
Having spent part of your studies or working career abroad
Previous experience with CRM tools
Another European language proficiency (French, German)
