* Generates or refines documents for internal business user and functional specification requirements using interviews, document analysis, surveys, and task and workflow analysis;
* Participates in defining the product strategy and roadmap;
* Delivers MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification;
* Communicates with project manager, developers, subject matter experts, end users, and company' senior management;
* Represents clients to identify potential solutions, helps prioritize and select options;
* Identifies and highlights problem areas, gaps or conflicts derived from information gathered;
* Elicit, analyze, document and validate business requirements or user stories, process flows, identifying system and process solution components, producing functional specifications for solution components or possibly for the integrated solutions;
* Ensures that specifications are implementable by validating them with developers.
* Understand competitive technologies and strategy and formulate plans to address competitive sales efforts
* Participates in product launch readiness activities, including field enablement training encompassing; training material development, sales collateral development and direct field and account education.
* Assist sales in product presentations, capturing customers, assessing products to meet customer needs and in preparing detailed product specifications and proposals;
* Supports Pre-Sales and Sales by providing sales support for key client deals.
* Bachelor degree in a Business, Information Systems, Computer Science discipline or equivalent technical background preferred;
* 3-5 years of Project Management or business analysis and/or product management experience in software development (tech industry) (SaaS)/web development/eCommerce;
* Significant experience with requirement elicitation, requirements documentation, and requirements management ideally focused on online products, ecommerce SaaS and payments related projects;
* Experience in Software Product development lifecycle and working on an agile team
* Proven ability to quickly learn new business domains and technical applications;
* Strong technical thinking, analytical, and conceptualization skills;
* Ability to provide technical alternatives, recommend solutions, and participate in implementation;
* Knowledge in design and working with SOAP and REST based APIs
* Knowledge of accounting and finance, or enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.) is a plus
* Experience with at least two of following Web development frameworks: Java, PHP, Ruby, Python, ASP.NET;
* A keen eye on good UX design is a strong plus. Need to be able toidentify issues and drive solutions;
* Ability to create clear and coherent written materials;
* Strong negotiation skills;
* Well organized and detail-oriented;
* Strong time management and planning skills;
* Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills(written and verbal)
* Very good knowledge of English (both writing andspeaking);
