We are currently looking for a Technical Manager for a large office building, on behalf of our client, a large real-estate company.
This position implies several tasks, such as:
- monitoring works which are done by the property and facility mangement suppliers
- representing the owner for investment works to be done in the building, which are related to tenants fit out works, reconstruction of premises, replacement of technical equipments but also any new constructions or reconstruction works
- Handling financial duties, for instance asking for offers and checking them, preparing contracts, checking service charges budgets
- Covering Operational activities, such as organising works, checking proper function of building equipments.
The ideal candidate should have a very good technical knowledge of technical equipments of larger buildings (in particular electricity and AC), both from a theoretical and practical/maintenance point of view. Experience with coordinating a team would be an advantage. A good level of English is mandatory.
