Technical Instructor belongs to the team which has been created to grow CT/LIC business in Poland and Central Europe. The main task of Technical Instructor is to give full technical support to Sales Representative and PPG importers in winning new accounts. The position requires excellent knowledge and experience in the field of professional painting. Presentation skills are important as well as product knowledge, an in-depth understanding of paint technology and the ability to transfer the knowledge and skills to others.
To work out paint specifications for CT/LIC accounts.
To run paint demonstrations.
To provide all necessary information materials such as Technical Data Sheets to the customers and ensure they understand and follow them correctly
To ensure customer satisfaction through timely solving of any technical problems related to CT/LIC products both by phone/e-mail and through visits at customer premises.
To identify training needs of existing and new accounts.
To monitor and improve the quality of the end-users paint work by paint process improvement or proposing new solutions and testing them together with customers.
Experience in wet-paint business as a technician or painter in refinish or industrial production segment
Paint application skills
Highschool diploma required (minimum)
English language on communicative level
Good communication skills
Willingness to travel (80% time in the field); accidentally also to the other CE countries
Driving licence
PC knowledge
