Providing technical support by phone for company's clients;
Receiving, registering and solving customers' requests regarding the functioning of Internet, DTV and Phone services provided by the company;
Assigning the problems to the Service Teams / CATV Installations / Internet or Network Administrators in order to be solved;
Following up on the solving process;
Informing the clients upon the status of their requests;
Ensuring technical support to customers for the equipment's configuration;
Realizing various reports as requested by the team leaders;
Accomplishing other tasks according to company's procedures.
For one of our clients, a multinational company activating in the area of internet, data and telecommunication services, we are searching for Technical Help Desk Agents.
Requirements:
University degree or studies in progress;
Knowledge of networking (communication channels – cable, optic wire, wireless), Operating Systems (Windows, Linux);
Minimum knowledge related to mail servers, web, DNS, DHCP;
Very good communication and organizing skills;
Good command of English.
