JOB PROFILE

• The candidate will communicate with customers, internal engineers and appropriate MS subsidiary staff via electronic correspondence or telephone.
• Will solve complex level of problems, involving broad, in-depth product knowledge or in-depth product specialty redirected by the Global Technical Support Center or escalated by EMEA subsidiary sites.
• Provide solutions that satisfy customers which will involve handling difficult situations.
• Take an active role in challenging and suggesting enhancements on existing processes and workflows. Develop own technical knowledge on products/technologies related to the team scope.
• Write and review technical articles or sample programs in order to distribute technical information to all customers, internal engineering and subsidiary staff.


CERINTE

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate will be required to have a Technical Degree or adequate practical background (~2 years) on the following Technologies:
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Development Environments (Visual Studio)
• Strong Programming skills with C# or VB.Net
• Good Knowledge of the .Net Framework (possibly including Windows Workflow Foundation), Assemblies/JIT compilation, Managed Memory Management and Garbage Collector.
• Experience in Development of Web Applications (ASP.NET 2.0, HTML, CSS JavaScript)
• Good knowledge of XML/XSL
• Good Windows Operating System background on Threads, Processes and Memory Management (Heap, Stack, Virtual Memory).

Additional skills on one of the following technologies will be considered a big plus
• Experience in building solutions using the Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 or Windows SharePoint Services 3.0
• Debugging / Creating and Reading memory Dumps
• Experience troubleshooting and with troubleshooting tools
• Skills on Web Services
• Experience in platform administration including Windows Server, Internet Information Services and Microsoft SQL Server

• Strong technical and analytical troubleshooting skills
• Strong knowledge of English and German or French (verbal and written) it’s a must;
• A Microsoft certification (MCSE or MCSD) is a plus.
