Responsibilities
- Liaise with the clients to analyze, determine and document the customer’s technical requirements
- Carry out the installation of Misys applications and designated 3rd party products
- Liaise with the client, Project Managers and Sales and Solution Consulting to understand the client’s conversion, go-live and rollout strategies and to ensure that the solution meets the client’s technical requirements.
- Design & present training courses to our customers
- Document problem resolution to make them available for future reference by other Consultants, e.g. useful notes
- Provide information, advice, guidance and updates throughout the project lifecycle in order to assist management to eliminate risks and increase the likelihood of project success
- Proposing suggestions for additions and improvements to the software
- Communicating status, findings, and progress on a regular basis
Requirements
- Exposure to Trade Finance products technical implementations (Bank Trade / Trade innovation / Sure Comp etc) – it is a plus
- Full life cycle implementation experience (Tech install products / Environment setup / Technical Testing Support / UAT support / Go-live support)
- Swift Knowledge
- Interfacing knowledge
- Technical Skills - combination of any of the following: Java – debugging and programming; MQSeries / Meridian / Websphere – Installation / configuring / trouble shooting; Databases (DB2 / SQL / Oracle ) – Scripting / installation / configuring / Trouble shooting; Platforms (Iseries / AIX / Windows) – Installation / Configuring / trouble shooting; Ability to travel onsite any where in Europe
