- Analyze available data and reports to identify warranty waste areas, proactively search for warranty waste areas.
- Prepare Warranty Spent Analysis reports for local and European management and supply warranty related data to e.g. Finance, P&A, A/S Marketing according to the needs.
- Budget Tracking Report.
- Define Actions to control warranty waste and out of line situation in coordination with the European Warranty Area Manager.
- Conduct warranty analysis at dealer data level to provide detailed data to local field people.
- Control timing completeness and quality of action plans coming back from the field team.
- Follow up of activities and report out to local and European management.
- Control the warranty administration effectiveness by weekly review of Warranty System rejects, Manual approval rates and open warranty claims, as provided by O/Vx Europe. Define measures optimize efforts for warranty administration.
- Control Dealer Warranty Labor Rates and negotiate with dealer to optimize between the annual cost creep and the retailer satisfaction.
- Control Country Parts Mark-Up rates, analysis of submissions, invoices, coordinate approval, carry out modification if applicable and necessary.
- Prepare debit claims.
- Approve Requests from Authorized Repairers for Warranty, Policy etc. approvals.
- Collect field feedback from Authorized Repairers and field people on product quality concerns, gather data and make parts available.
- Technical University degree (automotive section);
- 5 years experience in after sales business, warranty handling, good expertise in car diagnosis;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Knowledge of German language it is an advantage;
- PC knowledge: Lotus Notes, Ms Office (Strong Excel, Access expert level);
- Excellent technical background ;
- Strategic planning skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
