RESPONSABILITATI

Responsibilities:
- Secure the sourcing of equipment, consumables, spare parts, services and investments for Industrial department
- Contribute to development and implementation of purchasing strategies within the purchasing category.
- Manage the implementation of ECE Zone and Group strategy for services & technical purchases;
- Seize and take benefit of any synergy within SEE region
- Implement the purchasing procedures and best practices in services & technical purchase process;
- Negotiate contracts with non-strategic suppliers, provide support for negotiations with strategic suppliers;
- Ensure the fulfilling of the contractual obligations between the company and its suppliers;
- Provide support to Industrial Dpt. in budgets preparation for services & technical purchases;
- Participate in transversal projects within the company;
- Initiate and lead cost optimization projects for technical purchases;
- Fulfils other tasks and requests coming from Goods & Services Buyer


CERINTE

- 2 – 3 years experience in technical & services purchasing, within a manufacturing company;
- University degree, preferably in technical field;
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Results oriented, yet able to follow the discipline of correct process and methods
- Negotiation skills;
- Proven experience to work under deadlines, prioritize workload and adapt to changing priorities, proactive approach;
- A learner, willing to invest time and effort in further building his/her proficiency.
- Good analytical skills;
- Team spirit;
- Initiative, solution and action oriented;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Reliable person able to assume responsibility.
