A major and fast expanding international BPO company is looking for qualified candidates to fill the position of
TEAM MANAGER who will be responsible for:

* achieving team SLA's;
* daily reporting for productivity;
* Quality Control processes in accordance with set guidelines;
* feedback to each team member to ensure adherence to quality requirements;
* getting the right people with the right skill sets for the job;
* performance improvement and career development and set performance goals.


CERINTE

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:

* knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes (for at least 4 years);
* university studies in finance/accounting;
* very good analitical skills;
* reporting skills;
* capacity to prioritize and organize time, budgets, processes;
* coaching skills and people management skills;
* communication skills;
* fluency in English and another European language.
