TEAM LEADER TELEMARKETING

Your main accountabilities will be:

Leading, motivating and inspiring a team of outbound telemarketing sales executives
Assist with call preparation & monitor calls to existing and potential clients
Encourage accurate recording of daily calls
Deal with time keeping, holidays & absence
Ensure accurate and efficient use of the database
Train team members on industry and competitor knowledge
Hold regular 1-2-1's, team coaching & forecasting


CERINTE

The successful candidate should have the following attributes:

Must have proven outbound B2B telemarketing / telesales team leadership experience
Must have lead or supervised and motivated a proactive outbound B2B telemakering / telesales team
Ideally experience of leading teams of minimum 5 team members
Must have experience of forecasting, 1-2-1's, team coaching, reporting, KPI monitoring, call monitoring, holding meetings and sales team training
