RESPONSABILITATI

Responsibilities:
- Coordinates Romania IT Team and India Back end Support Team in order to solve daily tasks: server management, network management - infrastructure, backup;
- Acts as second line support for the end user;
- Cooperates with Service Desk Team in order to solve the daily requirement coming from the end users.
- Ensures the communication between IT Manager and the IT Team that he is coordinating Monitoring current team activities
-Ensures support for the team members. Responsible of the company`s new infrastructure projects as well as perform daily operations in order to maintain existing infrastructure and systems.


CERINTE

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in working with Windows 2003/2008 Server, Exchange Server, Cisco Network equipment;
- Previous experience in working with MacAfee Antivirus, Ultrium backup tapes;
- Scripting skills;
- Previous experience of level 3 support Previous experience of hardware installation and maintenance.
- Previous experience as a Team Lead System Engineer is considered an asset.
- Able to work well under deadline and with less supervision.
- Planning abilities.
