-Implement within his/ her team collections strategies, collection tools, collection policy and operational procedures to maximize results;
-Propose solution and take initiative responsibility to improve the existent processes within collection team;
-Monitoring and reporting the team’s results to the collection manager and permanently adjust them versus plan;
-Build and develop a professional team;
-Maintain and develop a good work environment within the team.
University degree;
2-3 years previous experience in a similar position;
Excellent communication and negociations skills;
Proactive approach in the collection process;
Planning and organizing abilities;
Team player;
Familiar with collection procedures, flows and deadlines;
Good time management;
Result oriented.
