Experience in coordination of teams / projects
Good knowledge of networking & operating systems
Good knowledge of relational databases and SQL - PL/SQL
Excellent analytical skills
Ability to structure new / unknown topics and handle multiple tasks
High competency to solve problems
Practical experience in the coordination of business and IT people
Ability to manage own time, to prioritize effectively and to meet tight deadlines Strong coaching, motivational and people skills
Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills are required
Intercultural competence
Retail knowledge would be a plus
