Team Leader of Purchasing Analysis Department

RESPONSABILITATI

Our client manufactures and markets consumer-branded automotive products for the aftermarket consumer, as well as for automotive equipment manufacturers and installers, with household brand. With revenues of $4.5 Billion, our client is a leader in automotive product research, development, engineering, and manufacturing technology for turbochargers, filters, spark plugs, brake pads and car care products.

For this client we are seeking a Team Leader of Purchasing Analysis Department for the Bucharest location.

Main responsibilities:

- Responsible to coordinate Purchasing Analyst team activity (3 persons in Bucharest)
- Responsible for Supply Base master data accuracy in SAP
- SAP key user for testing purchasing modules in SAP
- Responsible to develop and publish metrics on Purchasing Admin activities
- Responsible to develop, publish and implement Purchasing Admin procedures in accordance with Manager Guidelines

- Long Term Agreements (LTA) management.
- CAPEX leader for the entire company
- Cost of poor quality (COPQ) leader (recovering costs from poor suppliers)
- Reference SB person for Swissco Finance
