TASKS:
Motivates and persuades others to common goals.
Responsible for achieving team SLA’s (Service Level Agreement);
Understand and capture customer baseline data around SLAs and operational metrics transition;
Daily Reporting for Productivity;
Daily work allocation;
Coordinating team schedule and leave planning;
Adherence to break timings by their teams;
Conduct one on ones on monthly basis, quarterly, midyear and yearly appraisals;
Develop and maintain Incentive program for Team members.

Conflict resolution and problem solving;
Delegation / follow up;
Accurate, methodical with detail orientation

Experience as Team Leader in finance & accounting (not necessarily);
Experiente as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable (2 – 3 years)
