-reprezentarea imaginii comapaniei in relatia cu clientii;
-organizarea si conducerea echipei de costomer care;
-atingerea obiectivelor cantitative si calitative impuse;
-implementarea noilor proceduri;
-organizarea sesiunilor de training in departament;
-monitorizarea si evaluarea performantelor membrilor echipei;
-identificarea oportunitatilor de imbunatatire o procedurilor de lucru;
-studii superioare finalizate;
-experienta pe o pozitie asemanatoare (call center) de minim 6 luni;
-cunostinte avansate de operare PC: MS Office, Word, Excel;
-cunoasterea programelor SAP si Cros FRC constituie un avantaj;
-competente lingvistice- engleza la un nivel mediu avansat;
-orientare catre client;
-capacitate de analiza, problem-solving;
-abilitati foarte bune de comunicare, adaptare rapida la schimbari organizatorice / procedurale;
-disponibil pentru program in ture;
-persoana stabila si echilibrata emotional.
