We are looking a TEAM LEADER for a team of technical support representatives level 2, for one of our clients, an international company in IT domain.
As a Team Leader you will:
- Lead a team of customer support representatives, acting as a role model and offering them feedback and training where necessary;
- Coordinate and prioritize between cases and assignments (test etc);
- Take day-to-day decisions on your own and follow those through;
- Follow work-flow processes, both for support but also for management;
- Give feedback to the Management Team on team members' performances;
- Assists the recruitment and selection process; make decisions related to team structure, human resources or regarding any other personal or team activity within the company;
- Conduct planning and status meetings within the team;
- Work together with other teams to ensure smooth coordination and integration of common outcomes.
The ideal candidate must have:
- Higher education diploma, technical profile;
- Previous leadership/supervisory experience;
- Ability to manage and supervise teams and projects;
- Training and coaching skills;
- Good people skills, important for dealing with potential difficile customers;
- Effective communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients;
- Good and efficient problem solving-response;
- Ability to work well under deadline and with less supervision;
- Working abilities in a pro-active and structured manner;
- Action and self-improvement oriented;
- Excellent performances in both written and spoken English;
