Tasks:
Motivates and persuades others to common goals.
Responsible for achieving team SLA’s (Service Level Agreement);
Understand and capture customer baseline data around SLAs and operational metrics transition;
Daily Reporting for Productivity;
Daily work allocation;
Coordinating team schedule and leave planning;
Adherence to break timings by their teams;
Conduct one on ones on monthly basis, quarterly, midyear and yearly appraisals;
Develop and maintain Incentive program for Team members.

A Team Leader provides leadership and development to the team by motivating, coaching, mentoring and by following Performance Management and Quality Control process and procedures, with the overall aim of acieving key Team targets. He/she is accountable for driving work behaviors and results with the team
