Your main responsibilities as

TEAM LEADER CUSTOMER SERVICE

will be:

* Entering customer orders to the system
* Ensure goods have been shipped and delivered to the customer
* Issuing invoices in SAP
* Ensuring cash received from customers is matched to the debtor balance for that customer
* Calculation of Credit notes
* Speaking to the customer then finding information to resolve queries
* Coordinating the activity of a Junior Customer Service Representative
* Cooperate with the international offices to ensure daily operations


CERINTE

The ideal candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:

* SAP software (5 years)
* Excellent English language
* Great communication skills
* Client orientation
* Team player
* Supportive and dedicated
