• Coordinates a team of IT Business Analysts, track the individual activities;
• Manages relationship with vendors on the IT expert level and acts as escalation point in the professional relationship of IT Business Analysts with the software vendors;
• Coordinates project streams or activities within the team and act as spokesman;
• Works with software providers in analysis and design of software changes to the banking applications as a Senior IT Business Analyst resource;
• Works with Organization / Project Management and business lines in projects definition, scoping, analysis and implementation;
• Monitors and coordinates with IT/ Quality Assurance unit integration testing of software changes handled by IT Business Analysts;
• Monitors and coordinates the process of assistance and training to IT support staff upon project completion;
• Supports the IT business relationship managers and the Organization / Project Management to assess project initiatives with the business lines;
• University Degree in Computer Science/ Cybernetics or similar;
• At least 3 years of experience in managing IT application analysis in a financial institution;
• Experience with coordinating projects;
• Proficiency in English;
• Knowledge of best practices in the area of application software analysis;
• Strong knowledge about banking software and good knowledge of software technologies;
• Good knowledge of databases and SQL on several technologies;
• Excellent applied banking knowledge in multiple areas such as Finance; Risk, Sales& Product Management; Banking Operations; Treasury;
• Excellent presentation abilities both in Romanian and English;
• Excellent conflict management abilities and people management skills;
• Strong analytical skills, capable to assess impact on a highly connected application landscape;
• Strong collaboration and people management skills, solution oriented, supportive;
• Open minded, proactive and motivated;
• Well organized and efficient, able to follow deadlines;
• Proven experience in work with software vendors and consultants in banking software area;
• Leadership and team coordination skills.
