• Controls for Bank’s internal bookkeeping: acquisitions and investments, fixed assets, inventory stock and depreciation, local taxes, HR costs, travel and transportation costs, professional services and other administrative and third party services bookkeeping, provisions (other then credit risk provisions)
• Strict monitoring of the accruals related to the administrative costs
• Maintenance and booking of working in progress balances related to fixed tangible and intangible assets, their recognition/de-recognition and precise depreciation in accordance with the adopted accounting and fiscal depreciation policies
• Maintenance of the fixed assets register under RAS, IFRS and fiscal regulations
• Participation in the inventory process of Bank accounts and proper bookkeeping of the inventory results
• Responsible for the achievement of an adequate internal control system of the respective activities coordinated
• Controls of reconciliation of General Ledger regarding bookkeeping activity, in compliance with the acting internal requirements
• Participation to the development of the accounting system of the bank and of the projects related to bookkeeping’ activity
• Setting the individual and team objectives
• Contribution to a good working climate in the coordinated team
• Responsible for performance appraisals of the team members versus the specific set of objectives and in compliance with the related bank’s internal evaluation procedures
• University degree in Economic studies
• 3 years experience in accounting
• Good knowledge of banking
• Knowledge understanding and update of acting accounting standards (local, Group and IFRS), laws and regulations, regulating the accounting area/profession
• A professional certificate and /or qualification in the area is/are a plus
• Knowledge in the acting Romanian Accounting Regulations
