-Co-ordination and monitoring of the bookkeeping activities of the team;
-Ensure correctness for the bookings input in General Ledger and the application of the internal standards and working instructions in force;
-Responsible for performance of the internal accounts reconciliation ( bookkeeping related accounts);
-Responsible for working instructions developing in cooperation with the interacting departments;
-Verifies the booking of bank s various Provisions (HR, IT costs, marketing, litigations and other type of provisions)
-Ensure daily/monthly accounting entries for salaries, salary taxes, VAT and other taxes;
-Fill in declarations to the local and state budget;
- University degree in Economics (preferable Accounting & Finance Degree);
- 3 years experience in a leading position;
- Knowledge of banking operations and banking accounting - more than 3 years;
- English proficiency (written and spoken);
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Responsible person, meticulous, with initiative;
- Thinking and analytical capacity of synthesis;
- Reliable, flexible, self-confident person, pro-active, able to meet tight deadlines for regular or on demand requirements;
- Good communication skills;
- Team working skills
