RESPONSABILITATI

Coordinate AR Accounting team to ensure accruate, timely and complete registration of accounting documents.
Monitors and analyzes AR overdue balances , insist to all departments involved in the AR process to recover the amounts overdue from clients.
Recover all overdue amounts and implement processes to avoid overdues.AR reconciliation with the clients.

Responsibilities:
• Proactive, performing in a multitasking and changing environment that generates new situations requiring quick decision making and focus on solutions;
• Participates in other team activities / projects as assigned by manager
• Interacts at a highly rated standard with middle management levels (department managers)
• Identifies together with the business stakeholders different initiatives that will reduce the value of overdue amounts.
• Provides usefull insights regarding the variations and their impact within the business;
• Coordinates production of monthly performance team KPIs;
• Prepares documentation for official statements required by the Romanian fiscal authorities;
• Responsible for the preparation of accurate, complete and timely data required by internal and external auditors;
• Prepare additional information requested by the senior Management and ensure it is timely submitted.
• Verify that accounting documents are accurate and include all the necesarry back up documentation;
• Follow up of clients with credit balance and overdue; write-off if all legal requirements and internal rules are met;
• Verify that all registrations are made on the correct analitical accounts;
• Regulary provides explinations regarding variations on AR clients and accounts;
• Ensures accuracy of the master data of clients in accordance with contractual informations.
• Continuous update of team’s processes and procedures to improve speed and accuracy of accounting activities;
• Proactively asks for feedback from business stakeholders in order to improve the quality of the team’s outputs;
• Assures that all team’s processes and procedures are in line with the companies financial guidelines as well as with the Romanian fiscal legislation;
• Takes part in the design and implementation of new processes and procedures regarrding the AR Accounting.
• Coordinating a team of >4 FTE; providing coaching and constructive feedback;
• Drives the performance management process for all team members;
• Recruits together with the Resourcing team new team members (when the case);
• Developes the team members using the tools and programs provided by the Learning & Development Team;
• Assures that all team members know and understand the company’s strategy, as well as the Finance team strategy and priorities.


CERINTE

Required Experience
• Min 2-3 year accounting experience;
• Undergraduate studies: economic field;
• Postgraduate studies: ACCA , CIA is a plus;
• Ability to effectively coordinate, manage and complete complex assignments; quick and competent decision abilities; PC (Word, Excel), English- fluently;
• Expertise in recording, classifying, examining and analysing accounting transactions in accordance with defined regulations;
• Proactive, able to perform in a multitasking and dynamic environment;that generates new situations, scenarios requiring quick decision making and focus on solutions;
• Ability to advise from a technical perspective other areas of the business.
