RESPONSABILITATI

Monitors and manages on daily basis the staff performance and ensures direct reports meet their individual objectives and perform to establish standards
- Takes timely action to coach, develop, train and motivates direct reports in order to improve their performance
- Ensures professional customer care.
- Manages the targets, activities and achievements of the team.
- Supports the Managers and other support functions in administration activities.
- Supports/ prepares dashboard reporting.


CERINTE

Accounting Qualification, confident with accounting principles; previous experience in managing teams.

-Economics university graduate
-Fluency in English and in German language (French language would be desirable)
-Very good knowledge on accounts payable processes
-Leadership skills (motivating, feedback, coaching, action oriented, delivering results)
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Outstanding customer orientation and energizing attitude
-Excellent problem solving, conflict resolution, analytical skills
-Excellent PC skills
