− Design together with the Operantion Manager and Project Manager the collection strategy, plan, procedures and flows;
− Keeps process maps and journal of changes in collection strategy up-to-date to ensure explanations can be given on requests;
− Ensures that collection agents follow external/internal rules;
− Coordinates the team to guarantee high level collection productivity;
− Monitors on a daily basis the team performance, ensures direct reports meet their individual objectives and perform to established standards;
− Evaluates direct reports and gives regular feedback;
− Builds team loyalty and commitment;
− Provides performance reports on regular basis;
− Achieve allocated monthly and annually target.
− Debt collection experience of min 1 year (banking or telephony)
− Management experience represents an advantage / proven ability to lead a team and work as part of it
− Organized and detail oriented
− Strong communication and negotiation skills
− Strong interpersonal skills
− Ability to multi-task, including juggling and prioritizing numerous projects at the same time
− Being able to deliver excellent results even under tight deadlines
− Flexibility in work schedule
