RESPONSABILITATI

Main responsibilities:

- To perform administrative tasks for the team;
- To schedule appointments and make business travel arrangements for the Managing Partner and for the team;
- To manage the business relationship with services and materials suppliers;
- To ensure the communication within the company as well as with the company’s clients and business partners, by phone, fax or email;
- To perform basic HR admin function (administrate the applications data base, schedule interviews and keep track of the recruitment process, keep basic correspondence with the applicants);
- To keep track of business incoming and outgoing correspondence and documents (keep in/out register, archive documents etc);
- To provide general company information;
- To organize and support the protocol activities;
- To provide a professional welcome to visitors;
- To print, photocopy, shred and bind company’s documents (reports, presentations) in line with the company’s standards.


CERINTE

Requirements:

- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant professional experience;
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills;
- Ability to maintain a strong communication line with the management; experience of working in multinational companies and dealing with senior/ top management is a plus;
- Strong time management and organization skills, multi-tasking and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision and within strict timelines;
- Accuracy and attention to detail;
- Good communications skills, proactive approach, flexibility and dynamic personality.
