To fulfill to the best of her/his abilities the requirements and needs of Accenture’s Client related to the Client’s Accounting operations, including:
• Accountable for the timely and accurate entry of all tax-related operations
• Trains and supports implementation of tax procedures in all corporate functions
• Identifies opportunities of tax savings, cost reductions and mitigation of risks
• Implements professional and personal leadership, organization and motivation programs for the tax department
• Manage daily operations of the Tax department and it’s interactions with other entities
• Develop ad-hoc reports for senior management or CFO
• Responsible for development and submission of reports required by local/national authorities
• Manage relationship with local/national authorities under the supervision of the CFO
• Review tax impact of various Client initiatives and issues optimization recommendations
• Review tax regulatory framework and ensure dissemination of relevant changes
• Excellent knowledge of- and over 6 year of experience in Tax
• Experience in using SAP
• Previous management experience in tax
• Working knowledge of Accounting (RAS/ IFRS)
• Strong communication skills to all business levels
• Self-starter with a “can-do” attitude
• Ability to motivate and influence others
• Fluency in English (Romanian language knowledge is a must)
• University degree (Economics or Mathematics)
• Travel availability
Would be an advantage to have:
• MBA degree or ACCA certification
