What will your role be?



Contribute to the business strategy by helping DU managers to identify, prioritize, and build capabilities, behaviours, structures, and processes in alignment with the Endava Group Talent Management strategy;
Local representation of Endava University. Ensures that employees follow appropriate development programs, encouraging role and discipline specific employee development programs;
Provide performance management guidance to all levels of supervisory and management staff to include coaching, counselling, career development and performance improvement plans/ action where necessary;
Support line managers in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline requirements in line with the function/business strategy;
Lead Endava Employee Engagement initiatives. Drive the Opinion Survey locally and deliver local improvement initiatives;
Participates in and provides Talent Management updates locally and presents in new and existing customer meetings;
Positively impacts the quality of the organisation’s climate by supporting DU managers efforts to improve their leadership and development behaviours in their DU’s;
Sustains the organisation’s high-level of employee retention, especially for key positions, promotes internal mobility;
Manage specific projects as determined in the Talent Management strategy and participate in functional and cross-functional initiatives;
Identify and drive the communication and sharing of Endava best practices across functions to facilitate continuous improvement.


CERINTE

We need expertise in the following key areas

Relevant experience in Talent Management/ HR;
Your knowledge of HR will be specifically focused on talent management, learning and development, employee engagement, performance management and succession planning;
Experience in collecting training needs, planning, follow-ups and developing training needs/requirements;
Experience of delivering Talent Management Initiatives/Change Management;
Line Management and/or coaching experience;
Proficient in Microsoft office and comfortable with analytics;
Strong verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills;
Excellent presentation skills;
Excellent standard of English language both verbal and written;
Demonstrable Influencing and negotiating skills.
