- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for METRO stores and HO
- Installing, upgrading, migrating and virtualizing servers
- Support, monitor, maintain and develop the server infrastructure
- Ensure the integrity of the client’s data and back-ups
- Ensure the security of the client's systems and data
- Work with international teams in different projects
- Document system configuration, processes, procedures, etc.
Experience with: Windows 2003 /Windows 2008/Windows 2008 R2
Experience with Microsoft Active Directory
Networking (TCP/IP, WINS, DNS, DHCP);
Familiar with back-up technologies: IBM TSM, EMC Networker etc.
Experience with virtualization technology: ESX VMWARE
Experience with HP blade servers
At least 1 year experience in a similar position
Certifications would be a plus
Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and have the ability to prioritize issues appropriately
Team player with a strong work ethic that can operate with a sense of urgency and professionalism
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
