RESPONSABILITATI

- Understand the current technical landscape and existing infrastructure;
- Support of MS SQL and .Net based applications;
- Investigate, respond to and resolve support requests;
- Execute the installation and configuration of desktops;
- Troubleshoot telecom and system probLems.


CERINTE

Technical requirements:

- University degree in the filed of Computer Science and Information Technologies;
- At least 2 (two) years experience in similar position;
- Experience with Active Directory;
- Good understanding of Windows/Linux based networks;
- Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems;
- Experience with .Net will be considered as an advantage;

PersonaL requirements:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Responsible and able to prioritize;
- Flexibility and ability for working with remote support teams;
- Good organizational skills essential;
- Fluency in English language;
- French would be an advantage.
