specific needs of the company.

Very good theoretical knowledge of IP networking, x86 computers and operating systems.
Advanced hardware troubleshooting knowledge for computer and networking systems.
1 – 2 years experience with corporate LAN/WAN environments. Good knowledge of LAN/WAN
L2/L3/L4 routing and security protocols.
1 - 2 years experience with Active Directory and Windows 2000/XP/Vista in corporate
environments. Knowledge of Active Directory, including but not limited to GPO, RIS, DNS, WINS,
LDAP, Kerberos, ADSI, Windows Update/WSUS, Exchange Server (Standard/Enterprise),
Systems Management Server.
Knowledge of the widely used server software:web servers, database servers, source control
(especially Subversion) etc.
Experience with Linux servers and workstations administration is a plus.
Experience with VoIP communication, Cisco Call Manager, Cisco IP phones is a plus.
Knowledge of development software administration and troubleshooting is a plus.
