RESPONSABILITATI

- first point of contact for all escalations for his/her span of control
- co-ordinate the daily tasks
- SLA delivery - to meet and exceed expectation
- attend calls of team/customer
- to ensure adequate back up is in place for each processor
- assist in quality audits and improvement projects
- handholding and refresher training for the team


CERINTE

- fluency in English and any other European language (German/Spanish/French/Italian/Hebrew/Dutch/Portuguese/Russian)
- graduate with 2-3 years experience in BPO industry
- good exposure and experience in a team leading role- good interpersonal & people management skills with good problem solving approach
- knowledge of computer applications and IT troubleshooting
- team expectation and attrition management
