•	Collaborate with functional manager and contractor agency to define measurable results that each individual in the team is required to produce and provide periodic measurements for the team
•	Implement together with the contractor agency the ranking process  
•	Complete and communicate the performance evaluations to APT employees
•	Perform ranking
•	Keep tracking individual performance progress and inform the management as per request
2. Teams coordination according to SLA
•	Participate to all administrative, organizational, overall meetings related to team coordinators activity and role
•	Conduct integration process of the team newcomers 
•	Take ownership of any problems that may arise amongst team members 
•	Ensure that the team members understand, respect and comply to all procedures, processes and training plans
•	Ensure that the team members have access to the necessary tools
•	Drive the completion of team documents (operations cook book, country training plan, training support materials, and others as per request)
•	Support and assist the Sales operation manager
•	Support the department’s development projects with relevant data and actions
•	Ensure proper backup and handover during vacation and other absence. Apply Control & Quality policies to ensure HP policies and audit requirements are met
3. People management
•	Assist the Sales Operations manager in managing the APT employees
•	Create, maintain, sign and communicate the job descriptions for the APT employees
•	Establish the performance objectives and create the career development plan for each APT employee
•	Participate and recruit new stuff as part of the funnel management 
•	Conduct one to one talks with all team members in order to provide continuous feedback
•	Propose monthly bonuses to employees who have outstanding results
•	Initiate, sustain and support team building activities
•	Keep track of the holidays situation, business reports, sick leaves and trainings 
•	Initiate and coordinates the back-up plan together with the business manager and the team lead
•	Continuously communicates official information to the employees during daily meetings
•	Liaising with all team members
•	Deliver  and assist in providing trainings and/or presentations 
•	Act as team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts 
•	Ensure transparency of information, by properly documenting and storing on Share Point the information of public interest.
•	Drive performance through motivating employees and developing trainings and programs
•	Act as a first point of contact for the hiring agency APT in what concerns hiring, contract terms, job ranking, salaries and incentives, trainings and travels, legal aspects (absence from work, insurance, s.o.)
- People management experience in business environment, minimum 2 year of working experience, combined with university studies
- Fluent English knowledge
