• Working with the Client Service Manager to ensure both contractual and operational Key Performance Indicators are met
• Acting as an escalation point for all accounts payable related issues raised by the client.
• Ensuring the fast resolution of these issues and also finding ways of preventing them from happening again.
• Communicating with the client to ensure that the accounts payable department complies with the latest changes in the procedures.
• Developing good client relationships
• Developing a motivated and energetic team
• Actively seeking opportunities for Continuous Improvement initiatives.
We are looking for:
• University degree - economic background would be a plus;
• Worked in end to end AP process for at least 3 years
• Experience with accounting systems
• Required skills: MS Office: Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Written and spoken ability to communicate in English & Russian
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to be effective with Accenture management, team members and client
• Ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure
• Reliable, active approach
• Responsibility, accuracy
