RESPONSABILITATI

Responsible for identifying specific business problems through the work with Account Management to establish aims and objectives
Analyzing existing data, market reports and trends of product and competitors
Developing, managing and analyzing research projects to gain comprehensive context of markets and clients product
Using different research methods like qualitative: focus group discussions, structured interviews and workshops – quantitative: questionnaires and demographic profiling etc. and data to monitor cultural and social trends and their impact on consumers attitudes, behavior and perception
Being able to prepare, lead, moderate and run workshops and Disruption Days
Collect the consumers perception of the current communication and ideal way the clients wants the brand perceived
Understand Agency’s DNA and use Disruption and internalize terms of Brand Belief / Brand Behaviour in your daily work
Finding the core of brand behavior and brand belief on the specific product or service to base communication strategy on
Writing the creative brief and providing the creative team with clearly defined brief with detailed information of product, audience and strategy, so they can develop innovative/ disruptive ideas
Writing presentations and suggestions for the account and creative department
Briefing the team
Presenting conclusions and ideas to Planning Director/ Account or client
Analyzing and interpreting consumers response and sales data to evaluate the effectiveness of the campaign and suggesting changes and improvements
Identify specific business needs above the briefed projects
Write playground briefs for clients products or services
Provides regular two way communication between Planning Director and whole team to strengthens team representation and to avoid gaps by sickness or holiday
Adherence of workflows, timings, quality given from the Account
Leads or supports on new business
Accurately report inside agency’s framework (timesheets and others)


CERINTE

At least 2 years of agency work and experience in strategic planning
Profound marketing know-how and very good knowledge strategic tools and quantitative and qualitative research
Thinks conceptually, strategically and understand clients business problem
Vast knowledge of classic, non-classic and digital media channels
Flawless in organizational details like presentation prep, costs etc.
High level of initiative and work well in a team environment
Excellent communication skills – written and oral in English
Strong ability to organize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong problem solving skills and detail oriented
Able to function in a fast paced environment
