RESPONSABILITATI

•Develop & maintain strong and long-term relationships with key decision-making people in designated industry list of accounts with special focus on C-level people;
•Identify and obtain new Key Accounts within the designated territory, by a process of C-level contact, directly or by cooperating with partners;
•Develop further business in existing Key Accounts and establish and maintain ongoing relationships with the main decision makers;
•Accountable, under the authority of the Sales Manager, for the coordination, monitoring and follow up of his/ her accounts in order to realize the defined business strategies (short, mid and long term) and sales objectives;
•Be the center of competence in the assigned industry by promoting entire Xerox portfolio of products and services;
•To input accurate forecast and outlooks for inclusion in the Country Managers demanded forecast;
•Work closely with the Sales Specialists and Analysts in order to develop and present solutions proposals to customers;
•Schedule and conduct customer appointments. Perform product demonstrations when necessary;
•Coordinate the sales cycle and negotiate close of sale;
•Coordinate/integrate activities of internal and external partners and specialists in providing customer solutions;
•Ensure that customer requirements are fully understood and develop appropriate solutions;
•Identify, engage, coordinate, and follow-up with marketing and technical resources.


CERINTE

•Sales experience 3-5 years minimum, in a similar sales sector
•Well developed network of personal contacts and experience in the business environment
•Excellent communication skills, C-Level engagement skills
•Partner management/ project management for large deals
•Account Management Experience or Mega Deal Experience
•Negotiations skills
•Problem solving approach
•Decision making
•Highly results driven
•Fluent English required. PC literate.
•Minimum University Degree
