• Maximize turnover- and profitability development of the boutique
• Ensure the performance analysis, KPI development and SWOT analysis of the boutique.
• Assists in managing Cash and Inventory Control.
• Implement development strategies, create succession plans
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring that customer needs are met.
• Engage customers in conversation and assist in the understanding, demonstration,
description and selection of merchandise.
• Responsible for learning new product construction, fashion/style direction, target customer
and communicating those concepts to staff.
• Handle and resolve escalated customer complaints and issues.
• Improve database registration (quantity and quality)
Lead and manage all in-store activities to achieve sales and profitability goals,
• Long-term business growth in accordance with brand philosophies, policies and
procedures.
• Maintain the operating budget through revenue generation and managing controllable in
order to deliver a positive financial performance.
• 2-3 years' retail experience at the management level.
• Team Player and strong leadership and negotiation skills.
• Proven success in coaching, counseling and developing people.
• Proficiency in computer, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook experience.
• Strong selling techniques and experience delivering high-level customer service.
• Able to perform all store manager functions, including standing for extended periods,
speaking clearly with employees and customers, changing displays, stocking and retrieving
merchandise, unloading shipments and performing sale setups.
• Proven ability to set and achieve sales goals.
• Excellent English communication - verbal and written
