RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:
- Plan and implement needed marketing activities, PR and events according to overall Marketing & Activity plan and activity guidelines to ensure a continuous traffic flow
-Ensure a continuous update and styling of the showroom to optimise sales, space management and the presentation of the product range according to the visual guidelines
-Ensure the optimal flow of goods from purchasing to customer deliveries by a continuous control and follow up on all orders
-Manage your inventory by keeping an appropriate stock level for your store and by keeping your warehouse well organised and documented
-Continuously keep an overview of your work- and paper flow and set up administrative routines accordingly
- Ensure optimal use of all IT tools such as; Axapta, intranet, Furnish and Power Book by ensuring all staff are well informed of the tools and updates
-Review your business through budgets and a continuous control and handling of all income and costs
-Set targets for the main key figures of the store and follow up individually and on team level regularly. Report relevant key figures to agreed persons
-Ensure all store routines are identified, delegated and done on a daily, weekly, monthly, bi-annual and annual basis
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:
- Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience either from a store, a restaurant or other relevant service function
- A relevant commercial education
- Experience in selling lifestyle consumer goods is preferred
- Previous leadership experience as Store Manager, Team Manager or equivalent
- Experience in working within a concept is preferred
- High energy level and enthusiastic
